What do you need to become a leader?

Don’t we meet Bosses in life that who we are proud of that we worked under them, influence us and who we are going for advices when we are struggling? Do you ever thought what make them different, what make us wanted to look up to them? don’t we wanted to become them? So, this blog may give you some sort of idea for all of that questions.

In a society or in an organization we are doing the things because that’s the way it’s always been done. Who changes it, We do call them LEADERS.

A leader is an outstanding person who drive us for an objective. It's not all about a title but about so many things that matters. The person always indicates positive energy, know what to focus on and know what his team will drive for, Delegate tasks completely & trust the others to get the job done.

Often leaders do what they expect from others & gain respect among the team, they are decisive, they do things with confident. Job as a leader isn’t always to make a right decision but make a decision & they are accountable for their decision, if something goes wrong leaders will not hesitate to take the next step to make things right.

One can argue on that Leadership requires skills, absolutely a leader requires two type of skills.

01.  Intellectual Skill
A leader with a strong visionary power-built people for tomorrows work place. They set long term plans & develop a direction & drive them.

02.  People Skill

This requires actively interacting with peers, employees, clients & superiors.

So finally, we could conclude the leadership as process of social influence, which maximize the effort of others, Towards the achievement of a goal (Kevin Kruse,2013).

    Good Blog article Shamina, Leaders should acquire more skills to work for his followers, Intellectual skill and people skill maters a lot. in your small video clip this is clearly shown it.
